CJP Training Series - Permanency Hearings

The Wyoming Children's Justice Project will host a training titled, "Permanency Hearings". Monique McBride Meese, J.D., Senior Assistant District Attorney for Laramie County and Deborah Roden, J.D., Laramie County Guardian ad Litem with Woodhouse Roden Nethercott, LLC and the Wyoming Guardian ad Litem Program, will provide important information about permanency hearings.  This presentation will provide a review of the Wyoming statutes related to permanency hearings and discuss important aspects of the permanency hearing, including evidentiary considerations.
