*Special Sports Presentation of CFD Talk Radio*:The Salute To Heroes Hockey Game

We are excited to bring you a special sports presentation of CFD Talk Radio. Over the past four seasons, Salute to Heroes has raised over $80,000 via ticket sales and post-game jersey auctions to benefit Charlotte FD, Charlotte-Mecklenburg PD, Mecklenburg County Sheriffs Office and MEDIC. In addition, the CMPD and MCSO teamed up against the CFD and MEDIC in a friendly hockey game, for which 3,000 people purchased tickets to boost the overall fundraising total. This year’s 5th Annual Salute to Heroes game presented by Time Warner Cable & The Pita Pit will be held following the Checkers game on Saturday, March 27. This year's game is a near sell-out and is expected to be highly competitive.
