Do souls incarnate on other planets besides Earth?

Astrologers, mediums, and psychics, alike have all felt or come into a spiritual understanding, to some degree or another that our souls, can and have incarnated on other planets, and even stars perhaps. Well known, prophet, channeler, and intuitive healer Edgar Cayce, believed that the soul, sometimes incarnated on a spiritual dimension of the planets, in which it learned certain lessons, gained unique gifts, and brought them to Earth. I have always found that people's Moon and Ascendant placements tended to influence a person's spiritual energies, and frequency. Some with an Aquarius ascendant felt "weird' and alien, while others, with a Cancer ascendant , felt "feminine" "caring" and "sensitive. Perhaps the soul does incarnate onto different spiritual planetary realms such as Mars, Uranus, and Saturn, to learn about masculinity, originality, and solidity? What do you guys think?
