The Body and Spirit are complete opposites. The Body is mortal and will remain with the earth and Spirit is immortal and can travel anywhere in all realms. The body takes time to process information and to integrate energy. On the other hand the Spirit can receive and send energy instantly.
The relationship between your Body and Spirit is the most important connection you can have this lifetime. Spirit is what keeps our body alive for the purpose of the Spirit's evolution Not the evolution of the body. Understanding the difference helps us awaken to who we really are as Spirit, and love our body at the same time.
