The theme is: "Get your head tight, and your mind right for the New School Year" Boys and Girls (up to age 16) will be provided free hairstyles to help improve their image for the first day of school. Licensed stylists and barbers will provide free services, with parents/children registering to "Be Down with 10-10-50" for at least one month.
