Create A Place of Peace God walk with Adam in the cool of the evening. So the conditions were pleasant, peaceful and restful. God inhabits praise. That is where He lives. If we want to hear from God, if we want Him to work for us, we have to set up the conditions to be received by Him. God does not respond to whining, to threats and to begging. He responds to faith. The woman with the issue of blood was desperate. But, she degreed and declared, “If I touch the hem of His garment I will be made whole”. Her faith made her whole! She was ready to receive all that God had for her. She erased every thought, doubt, and fear to create a place of peace to commune with God. . We have to clear and clean our mind of every doubt and fear to receive deliverance. When you are in that posture you can praise Him and be thankful unto Him. Daniel had prepared a place of worship with God that was solid. I do not believe Daniel took time for pity parties because he was in captivity. His worship was consistent! So consistent that his enemies knew how he worshipped God. He always represented God in his choices.  Daniel was tossed into the lions den because he broke the King’s new law of worshipping no other gods. Daniel had established his place of peace with God. He went into the lions den with a clear and clean mind. peaceful and restful knowing that he will be delivered from this evil because he is going to worship God and that's what he was doing when the law came down on him. He was praying and worshiping God. He knew that His God would deliver him from the evils of the law. So he continued to worship the Lord in a restful, peaceful manner laying on the head of the lion for a pillow. He had not given into temptation of fear for his life.Allow God to be a deliver in your life. That is what he died for.  “I come that you might have life and that more abundantly (John 10:10)!”
