USE THE RESOURCES GOD HAS GIVEN YOU!Do not sit on what God has given you. Because when you do you are saying that what God has giving you is not enough. Take what God has given you and go for increase.  The Lord talks about the ten virgins. Each virgin had the opportunity to take the oil with them but the five foolish did not. The five foolish went to sleep without making sure there lamps were trimmed and ready. In other words they did not use the resources available to them. So when the bridegroom came they were unprepared. The five wise did not share their oil with the five foolish virgins. Normally the scriptures encourage us to share with our neighbors. But in this case the increase is for them and for them only. The five foolish left to go get oil. Wow they were gone the bridegroom came. The five wise when into marriage and the door was shut. The five foolish virgins knocked on the door and said let us in. The bridegroom answered, “I know you not.” Make sure you are in a state of readiness to hear God’s voice. When you do respond immediately. The Scripture says the day you hear my voice harden not your heart. God knows the hearts of His children and who has a heart towards Him. The five foolish virgins never counted God worthy nor had any value in their assignment to be prepared. Where is your value in what God has given you to do. Is there enough value there for you to move and do it? In Matthew 25:15 a description is given again as a comparative to the kingdom of heaven. Here again three servants are given resources. The five servant with talent person doubles his resources to ten. The servant who received two talents double their resources. The servant who received one talent did nothing attacking his master. If you do not use what God has given you He will take it and give it to someone else. Which means that God knows your heart has nothing towards valuing Him and there will be no increase.
