 YOUR MIND OR GOD’S MIND…I WAS JUST THINKING! The helmet of salvation is deliverance from sin. Salvation is being set free. That is what Jesus came to give us, salvation now. You cannot be set free unless you allow your mind to be set free. You can walk the walk and talk the talk and still be taken captive in your mind. You have to allow your mind to be free in Christ. Jesus said if you continue in my word you are my disciples indeed. And you shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free (2 John 8:31-32). Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus. Be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Develop a strong mind. Matthew 7:21- But Lord we did many wonderful works in your name. God reply ,” Depart from me ye workers of iniquity. Works were done in Jesus name but not with the right mind and spirit. I made an inquiry to God about this scripture and them being called workers of iniquity. In my opinion I thought they made a good effort using the name of Jesus. God answered me. He said His name was so important to Him that He only revealed it when He wrapped Himself in flesh and walked amongst us! God said they did everything in my name but take my name! Man shall not live by bread alone but by every word of God. We must read and study the word of God. We must obey God’s word. The word says, “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved.” Most stop there. Please continue to read the rest of the scripture (Acts 16)! For they being ignorant of God’s righteousness, and going about to establish  their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God (Romans 10:3). God uses the vehicle of preaching to increase our faith. Faith comes by hearing the word of God. God has established the order for the perfecting and unifying the body of Christ. Think on Him! CHANGE YOUR MIND!
