Trish Holder is owner & creator of Greenspiration Home LLC– an online publication and consulting resource for homeowners who want to make more sustainable choices in building, renovating, and decorating their homes.  

The Greenspiration Home project began w/ the building & promotion of Trish’s own “Greenspiration Home” which appeared in multiple publications & TV.  Ms. Holder used her home to showcase multiple green building strategies from locally sourced wood to geothermal heating & cooling.   The Greenspiration Home mission, which was to provide green building information from the homeowner’s real-life perspective continues with the evolution of the Greenspiration Home online magazine. 

Trish, also owner of Trish Holder, Marketing Communications, is a writer and marketing consultant for the HVAC and construction industries.  Her clients have included well-known manufacturers in the commercial HVAC industry.  Her articles, both by-lined and ghostwritten, have appeared in HPAC Engineering Magazine, The ASHRAE Journal, Engineered Systems, Consulting Specifying Engineer, Triple Pundit, and many others.
