In this week's episode, we interview Mary Bernadette of BioChild. Mary is a Home Health Occupational therapist, and founder of BioChild, BioChild, LLC is a multfacited company that includes assessment and mitigation of environments for infants and children. We assess ambient air quality and electromagnetic fields in infant nurseries and children's bedrooms. Mitigation may include toxic cleanup, use of nontoxic building materials and furnishings as well as education in purchasing products for healthy daily living. BioChild is also in the process of creating a local "non-toxic" preschool for infant-4 years that is organic/sustainable and encourages the creative/innovative spirit of a child.
