Today's Meditation is on Forgiveness.... I have developing this series for some time now. It is designed for my growing clients and those that want to attend my classes but live in different states. Also, for those that just can not make it to a regular mediation class. Now I am bringing it right to you. You can enjoy listening and attending my class in the comfort of your home. The series I will be discussing and we will be doing; meditations, meditation tips to teach you to mediate, affirmations and things to assist you on developing your meditation skill, inner healing and intuitive / spiritual development. Also we will be doing during the month meditations on the new moon – which is used for manifesting and the full moon – which is used for releasing.
