R alph Morton was not your average fan at last year's Super Bowl.

Morton, executive director of the Seattle Sports Commission, had more on his mind than Super Bowl XLVIII. He paid close attention to how he was greeted at the airport, the location of his hotel and the restaurants he dined at days before the game.

His objective? To gain insight into hosting a Super Bowl."Absolutely, I believe we will one day host it in Seattle," said Morton, who served on two Super Bowl host committees as vice president of operations for the Greater .
