Success for a SPORTS program is wins and losses. Successful programs are the ones that make it to the BIG DANCE. Les has made it once in 7 years.Has never won the MVC title.....Isn't that the goal?

Lets be real. The higher goal for 99% of DI college basketball players is the NBA, not a degree. Yes, Les has graduated his players, but lordy, the Head Coach rarely does anything regarding academics. That is why there are assistants and Academic tutors. Success for coaching shouldn't have "graduating" players higher than these categories (NCAA tournament success and Conference success). Frankly Jim Les hasn't seemed to find himself familiar with either of these 2 categories.

I know wins and losses are important, but so is a clean program and graduation rates. Let's not forget the goal for the vast majority of students is a degree. Les has done an adequte job in that realm

Hey guys...Great idea, hope this catches on... My question is for the BU fans and their expectations.....Les is in his 7th year at Bradley yet he has never finished in the top 3 and has made the Big Dance only once Yet that doesn't seem to bother BU fans...I don't understand WHY NOT?
