The 2 Annual Females in Comedy Convention 2013(FICC) will have workshops and seminars taught by top comedy professionals in the business.  In 2011 Hope Flood founded the Females in Comedy Association (FICA) to provide educational tools, networking and resources for women in the male dominated comedy industry. This led to the launch of the Females in Comedy Convention (FICC), the first ever of its kind, which received overwhelming success with an impressive turnout from female comedians from all over the country and sold out showcases at the JSpot Comedy Club.

  This coming April 23-28, the annual convention returns and promises to be even bigger and better with six days of activities and nightly showcases hosted by celebrity comediennes such as; Kim Whitley, Kim Coles, Cocoa Brown, Loni Love, Cookie Hull, Flame Monroe, Dominique Tiffany Haddish, Luenell, & Edwonda White and more all at top comedy clubs in LA.
