Photobucket Photobucket ================================================ The rapper who charted with the 1995 single I Wish—which comically bemoaned his lack of romantic success—joins Callywood host Cosandra Calloway for her annual After Dark New Year’s Eve bash, while sampling his latest track, I Love L.A. ================================================= Skee-Lo's single "Top of the Stairs" was featured in the ending credits as well as the soundtrack to the 1995 film Money Train. He had a hit single in the same year with "I Wish", which reached #13 in the U.S. Billboard Hot 100, and was hugely successful in much of Europe. Skee-Lo also recorded a cover of the Schoolhouse Rock! song "The Tale of Mr. Morton", which taught sentence structure (subject, verb, predicate). The song appears on the compilation album, Schoolhouse Rock! Rocks. He also co-wrote "I'll Be Your Everything" by boy band Youngstown. The song is featured on the Inspector Gadget soundtrack.
