We have the great honor of having Kathryn Nance join us tomorrow on "California Connection" with Bob Lang and Maureen Ennor, they will be discussing Nance's run for the Republican Congressional seat of the 9th Distrtict of California, along with the amazing career Kathryn has had with the Stocktom CA Police Department. Kathryn Nance is an 18 year veteran of the Stockton Police Department, spending the previous three years as a Sergeant in the Stockton PDs Community Response Team and now as a member of the Department’s AB109 TaskForce.

During her 18 years as a Stockton Police Officer, Kathryn has also served as a Field Training Officer and as a member of both the Department’s Gang and Homicide Units.

She is also in her 3rd year serving as the President of the Stockton Police Officers Association.

A lifelong resident of Stockton, Kathryn currently serves as the Chairperson of the Strides Against Breast Cancer San Joaquin. As President of the Stockton Police Officers Association she has led the association’s annual “Early Christmas” relationship with McKinley School, a socio-economically impoverished school in South Stockton.

Sergeant Nance has helped direct and donate tens of thousands of dollars in much needed school equipment and supplies from the Association to McKinley School.

Kathryn’s father proudly served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War and her mother was a nurse in the neonatal intensive care unit at St. Joseph’s hospital in Stockton.
