In 2003, Megan got her start in new home sales with a Fortune 500 Homebuilder selling New Construction in the Baltimore market. After achieving Rookie of the Year and setting regional sales records, Megan was quickly offered a transfer opportunity in Middletown, Delaware to sell in a growing market. When Megan determined she would be happier representing the client rather than the builder, she obtained her RE License went out on her own!
