 Nothing compells one into action more than Visions, Dreams, & Sex. Sex being the most base and primal of drives

But there are others Dreams- one seeing themselves as they truly wish to be. Visions - one seeing themselves doing what they want to do, being what they want to be , and having what they want to have.

The latter being the longest lasting of satisfactions.
