Excellent show topic!!! Sounds to me like some of the ladies were just swimming in the wide and deep river of denial.... It is proven that people who are overweight (especially those who are obese) are more prone to getting Type 2 Diabetes and sleep apnea. This is not to say that one can't be big and healthy, but too many women refuse to face the fact that obesity carries too many health risks (and very costly ones at that).
