Today a federal court ruled against Western Shoshone and in favor of Barrick Gold mining sacred Mount Tenabo. 'Path of Destruction' is a three-part audio documentary about the global devastation spread by Canadian mining companies. Part 1: “Damaging Communities and the Environment” focuses on the drastic effect Canadian mining companies have had on indigenous peoples in Canada and Papua New Guinea. Recorded in Toronto, Ottawa, Whitefish Lake First Nation / Atikameksheng, with Chief Arthur Petahtegoose, Kathleen Naponse, Jethro Tulli and Mark Ekepa.
