"Empowered for Success" with Author Christina Whitaker

Featured Guest: Evangelist Tachala Dawson Hood. God has used her heart for worship as a vessel to pour out his healing and comfort to those in need of exhortation and encouragement.  The flow of God’s anointing on Evangelist Hood is derived from the shaping and pressing of her own life in areas that now yield the fruit of the prophetic, intercession, and worship for God’s glory.  During the fall of 2011 she was ordained by Apostle Phillip A. Walker. 

Evangelist Hood is honored to have been assigned the ministry of training up nine beautiful children, KorTina, Daquon, Janicia, Brijonna, Shaimeze, Monachea, Savon, Joshua and Angel; and two grandson’s Caleb and Noah.  Evangelist Hood is married to Dr Robert D. Hood. She currently serves in ministry at St. Mark Church of Christ, Disciples of Christ in Faro, NC and Oak Grove Church of Christ, Disciples of Christ in Snow Hill, NC, where her husband is the pastor and interim pastor respectively.  She believes that through this union, the Kingdom will be advanced and God will get ALL the glory!
