Mark Pilon, has been the Executive Director of Susan G. Komen Los Angeles County since 2013.  "Their mission is to save lives by meeting the most critical needs in our communities and investing in breakthrough research to prevent and cure breast cancer." Since its founding in 1982, Komen has funded more than $800 million in research and provided $1.7 billion in funding to screening, education, treatment and psychosocial support programs serving millions of people in more than 30 countries worldwide. Susan G. Komen is the worlds largest breast cancer organization, fudning more breast cancer research than any other nonprofit while providing real-time help to those facing the disease.

Terri Brooks, a single mom, is a Breast Cancer survivor.  Terri's motto is...the show must go on!  While going through a divorce and breast cancer all at the same time, Terri decided to come up with a Non-Profit Organization, The World of Lonsville, Inc. named after her three daughters, to help woman encountering the same struggles and devastations.  She will be sharing her story about the choices she made in fighting for her life. She is on a mission!
