My Guest:Lisa Rechsteiner General Manager / Executive Manager, Graff Chevrolet, Inc

Lisa has been involved with a GM Dealership for the past 24 years. Starting as a Salesperson, then Business Manager both in new and used departments, Sales Manager, General Sales Manager and currently General Manager with the next move to being a partner within the year. Along with the Automotive experience, she is on various charitable boards and small business committees.

As General Manager/ Executive Manager for Graff Chevrolet, she is responsible for 40 to 50 million in annual sales generated from 5 separate departments: New and Used Sales, Service Department, Collision Center and Parts Department. Her main focus is to drive additional traffic throughout the store with integrity and service existing customers with the respect and enthusiasm they deserve.

She is constantly looking for ways to grow her dealership and build a strong team of employees. She is currently changing her culture again as her customer base is changing from a GM blue collar worker to a client base with Medical industries,  She is slowly restructuring her marketing, to incorporate a younger buyer, and she is also an advocate of "Grass Root's" events and do as many as sheI can on the premisis.

They have benn involved in: Lighting the Way One Child at a Time, Annual Concerts that are partnered with a local event called the Dow River Roar, they celebrate Earth Week every year some years by giving away trees and other times by setting up different recycling events, they support many local groups like the Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, local school programs, Great Women of the Great Lakes Bay Region and many more.

Lisa is a firm believer that it is the community involvement that has led Graff to be not only the #1 Chevy Dealer in its area, but that has also brought them through this extremely difficult economic time.
