A new force is sweeping our culture! In America, 10,000 Boomers per day will be leaving their jobs. It’s a shift that profoundly drives how we organize our lives, use our talents, and make decisions about our future. We’re compelled to ask ourselves, “Who do I want BE” in retirement?       

How do YOU feel about the word “retirement?” Is it an ”end” or an “opportunity”? Do you feel hope or fear?         

Here’s what we know: Boomers won’t be “retiring” like their parents did! In fact, the word “retirement” has become now obsolete. It’s now called, “Reinvention”, “Next Act”, “Living your Purpose”. 

We value courage, simplicity, wisdom, contributions, and hope! These concepts will define our retirement! Life meaning is valued more than rest; life balance more than lopsided leisure; realizing log-held dreams over time-filling fun!         

What will you be exploring? A new career? A meaningful cause? How will you stay healthy? Active? Fun? How will your relationship with your spouse, children, or grandchildren change? How will your relationship with YOURSELF change?
