Care to Share Shoes Around The World

 Today we feature a very special segment of Care to Share, the holiday edition.  Carol Clarke of Bodyworks Healing Center (BHC) in Plymouth, MI. joins us to share a fund raising effort designed to free impoverished people in Africa from sickness and poverty.  BHC supports and is a collection site for Pangea Educational Development (PED) in its efforts to collect 22, 000 pairs of still wearable shoes to ship to Africa for distribution to those who cannot afford to buy them.  From now until July 30^th, the shoe drive continues on behalf of PED which is a non-profit organization whose mission is to empower students and unify communities through the construction of sustainable school sites in under privileged areas.  Carol cares to share with us today on a special edition of Care to Share.
