Our past "is what it is". It would be nice to be able to carelessly live like that in reality, rather than theory, correct?
In my work, I know that as much as we would like to only embrace the great stuff of our history, our past ills, abuse, trauma and downright unhappy moments, are there; and our avoidance of them and potential pushing them inward, doesn't change that they are still there.
We don't need to get rid of them but we do need to harness that energy and create a impact on our now and future, that works for us, that serves us purpose and that we can look back on in the future with a much more beautiful landscape of our selves.
In this show listeners will learn how to articulate fears, learn meditations that stop habitual cravings in their tracks and better understand the reasons behind the habits tangled with trauma or neglect.
