POP WARNER CHANGING THE WEIGHT FORMAT

Pop Warner has just release the weight certification, is it a good thing or bad thing. Now since the new weight is changing does that bring the old team back into Pop Warner. Also is organization becoming dictatorship telling there coaches not to talk on social media, are they breaking your first Admendments rights.
