Shontina Gladney is a post-modern renaissance woman. She is the founder of PMI Small Business Network Group and My City My Biz Initiative, in Milwaukee, WI. Shontina is also an inspirational speaker and Transitional Executive Coach focusing on Faith-Family-Finance-Business and Wellness. For over 20 years, Shontina has been serving up programs, trainings and events for business executives and entrepreneurs nationally and internationally, and in 2006 became the first African-American female auctioneer in the State of Wisconsin. Shontina has self-published her first book, No Daddy?!, and is currently collaborating on three more. Considering herself a servant of God, Shontina believes everyone can achieve success despite their obstacles.
