State Law said that Liquor stores were not allowed to sell hard Liquor after 10 pm?

 That's true, but when a person goes in to purchase it, before you leave the store the cashier opens the bottle and tells you to put it into your pocket. Quilvio said some rules or regulations are not being followed...but they can follow a rapper on Twitter  the laws/rules needs enforcement.
