BJPenn.com's FIST-ta-CUFF Radio is back this week with a cast member from this season of TUF, A Ghost, A man making his UFC Debut, and Uncle Creepy.

Our first guest was also Jon Jones 1st pick in this season of the Ultimate Fighter. Clint Hester is opening up the show and after watching his first fight it looks like some people standing across from him in the cage could get opened up. We will talk his career before the show, and the lead up to the last two episodes. Follow Clint on Twitter @ClintHester

We have the Ghost, Nick Gonzales is back on the show and it's been far to long. Nick is preparing to get into the cage for Legacy fighting on Axs TV and we will talk to him about the upcoming fight, his career as a professional boxer and MMA fighter, what 2013 has in store for him and much more. Get ready cause the ghotst is a scary man inside the cage. You can follow Nick on Twitter @NickTheGhost

Kicking off the second hour is a man looking to kick off his UFC career with a nice win. Bobby "King" Green is on the show and scheduled to take on Jacob Volkman at UFC 156. Bobby started his career with an 8-1 record and has fought for Affliction, King Of The Cage, and is riding a 4 fight win streak in Strikeforce. His last win coming over former guest Matt Ricehouse. We have plenty to talk to Bobby about and this is a man you need to keep an eye on. Follow Bobby on twitter @BobbyKGreen

Everyone has that relative that is well, just plain Creepy. This show is no exception and Uncle Creepy is stopping by the shop. Ian McCall is back and set to take on Joseph Benavidez at UFC 156. Ian is looking to get one step closer to his dream of becoming the #1 125 Lb. fighter in the world and I would have to think with a win over Benavidez he will be the #1 contender.tune in and follow Ian on Twitter @UncleCreepyMMA
