Bishop Holloway Ministries is a nonprofit organization consisting of facilities such as House of Help City of Hope, Kingdom City and Kingdom Village dedicated to providing services to those in need of physical, emotional, mental, vocational, and financial issues with emphasis on addicts recovering from drugs and alcohol as well as battered women and children. Kingdom City houses 300 Men while Kingdom Village houses 250 Women ad children. Bishop Dr. Shirley Holloway is the Senior Pastor of Victory Word and Worship Center located in Washington D.C.
