Most Home & Business Owners know they have to have insurance and most Home & Business Owners find those contracts difficult to understand, but some people have found a way to understand this important risk management tool.

Public Adjusters have been a recognized profeesion for well over 125 years and are licensed in 44 States by the various Insurance Commisioners.  While most people understand the need to hire respresentation when going to court, most people do not know that the same level of service is available for their insurance claims, but some people have learned that Public Adjusters are a valuable asset during the stressful time of a property loss.

The Florida Legislature's official oversight branch reported in 2007, that people who use the services of a Public Adjuster for Major Claims, such as Fire and Hurricane, settle for an average 747% more than people that file their own claims.  They also found that even for small claims, people that use the services of a Public Adjuster settle for an average of 574% more than those who go it alone.

Public Adjusters understand the Contract Language of the Policy and guide the Home and Business Owner through the process. We handle the phone calls, the paperwork and the negotiations. Public Adjusters work on a contingency fee basis, so we do not get paid, until you do.  No up  front, out  of  pocket expenses.

Just as importantly, a Public Adjuster will review your Insurance Policy to make sure it is appropriate for your specific needs.  Any discrepancies will be explained and recommendations made.  Also, a Public Adjuster can explain why a given loss may not be covered or will be too small to justify a claim.  This will help the Policy Owner's 'No Claims Discount' Record.

As Peter Lynch, of Fidelity Investments said 'Know what you own and why you own it'.  Know your insurance
