With the seasonal festivities behind us and the New Year now here, it is time to focus on serious training. This week our resident training expert Dr. Stephen Cheung is joined by Hunter Allen of Peaks Coaching Group. In discussion will be endurance vs. intensity, building base, the tremendous benefits of using a power meter and other important training topics. Stephen and Hunter will also review their new training book which is soon to be published. Listeners are encouraged to call in at any time during the show with any training related questions.
