Lateef “Melion” Bundy was born in the “City of Brotherly Love,” Philadelphia, Pa. During his younger years, Melion had the opportunity to travel all across America at an early age when he began his journey into the world of music.  It was during those difficult years on the rough streets of Philadelphia, Melion signed his first independent label deal backed by Universal Music Group.  This moment is what would launch his music career and allow him to perform on tours throughout the world.

Melion earned his name into the music industry as an energetic songwriter, vocal producer and arranger, engineer, actor, as well as entertainer.  He became blessed in setting himself apart from so many other entertainers in the R&B, Soul and Pop industry with his amazing sultry sounds and soothing vocals.  He is able to light up any song he sings and women always love them. Melion carries that same spirit of a modern day Luther Vandross, Marvin Gaye, that essence of R&B and Soul, timeless, silky, and smooth sound. 

Melion gained a lot of exposure, popularity, and experience by working with stellar artists such as Remi Ma, Paris Hilton, Jojo of Jodeci, as well as being featured on the hit reality show called, "SWV Reunited."   Some of Melion’s greatest influences from yesteryear recording artists are:  Johnny Gill, the Late Whitney Houston-Brown, the Late Nat King Cole, Boyz II Men, and The Temptations.  He also holds admiration for today’s current artists such Janelle Monae, John Legend, and Tyrese Gibson, to name of few.  However, what makes Melion unique is that he holds his on with his own signature which is not only refreshing, but highly addictive.
