In honor of child abuse prevention month 2017, I'm honored to be joined by a returning guest, friend, and survivor coach, Kelley McElreath. This is the first of several podcasts that will be uploaded in honor of this important month. In this podcast, we talk about: Being a survivor and a parent, and talking with our kids about prevention. Discussing some reasons why child abuse may not be able to be prevented initially, and sharing hope of how to rectify that. Talking with kids about social media and school pressures, and educating them on the dangers of what's out there in the online world. Educating ourselves as parents so we can best help our children.
