In this episode Attention to One, postponed from last week because of the technical difficulties, we talk about obsessions, healthy and unhealthy. Obsessions can be good up to a certain degree, such as being healthy or passionate about a topic or person. When it becomes unhealthy, though, obsessions can become dangerous. We'll talk about the good, the bad, and the ugly about obesssions.
