How exciting lesser known Divination tools.

Joan Carra will be joining me to share her expeience in Tea Leaf Reading, Playing Card Reading and a touch upon spoon bending.

Tea leaf reading is an ancient divination interpreting patterns made by tea leaves or coffee grinds in a cup. Its roots are from many cultures from the Mideast to China, becoming popular in Europe during the Victorian era, a time of formal socializing and self-analyzing with the advent of Fraud’s study of psychoanalysis and the subconscious. Because tea became a popular drink people used it for divinations instead of the dangerous methods of fortune telling of molten splatters of lead and wax. In 1901 loose tea was replaced with tea bags and the art of tea leaves diminished in popularity, so perhaps you never had your tea leaves read?

Playing cards is a form of Divination generally past down generation to generation.  Although my grandmother read playing cards she died before she was able to teach me. Its very hard to find a reader today who has this skill.  My guest Joan was taught my her Aunt and reads playing cards on a regular basis.

We will touch briefly on the Quantum Field that can bend metal such as a spoon or fork. Yes, it can be done I have done it and taught my young son to do it.

There are other forms of ancient Divination I will be covering in future shows.
