Lisa began her career in casting, working for John Lyons and Deborah Aquila in NY, and then for Danny Goldman and Judy Courtney before teaming up with Heidi Levitt for a number of projects.  Ms. Essary worked as an Associate Director on MOTHER and CHILD and SYMPATHY FOR DELICIOUS which was Mark Ruffalo's directorial debut and stars Orlando Bloom, Juliette Lewis, and Mark Ruffalo.

Ms. Essary is currently the Co-Casting Director on Replicas, which is premiering at the Tribeca film festival this month with Selma Blaire and Joshua Close.
