Alex Darvell Taylor was born on December 18, 1989 in New Orleans, Louisiana. His parents are Currise Taylor and Herbert Mcknight both parents who have musical backgrounds so no wonder the perfect combination of a star is made. Darvell always knew from a kid that music was a part of his life. Growing up listening to artist like Micheal Jackson, Prince, Usher, Anthony Hamilton and many more greats helped shape and form his platform at an early age in school talent shows. It wasn't until the early years of high school that Darvell began to reveal his talents in the school choir competing in state competitions and actually performing in musicals while in school. By the age 21 he began singing and acting in with AWJ Productions in Houston, Texas where he began to start thinking of a solo career. By the age of 26 the big collaboration of a strong team began for Darvell with Lil Mac Records Inc where CEO John Stevens signed him as an artist. In March of 2017 he released his debut single "Work It Out" featuring Xaila Taboo, two great artist with big careers ahead of them. Later in July of 2017 he released a second single titled "Right Now." Which both songs are now available for purchase and download on every music outlet. Both videos are now also trending youtube, worldstarhiphop and much more. He is now at a point in his career where his name is becoming known world-wide and much more success to come of his career.
