Within life, there are obstacles in the way that prevent people from living life on their terms. These can be things on the outside, like social, cultural, and governmental structures preventing someone from succeeding based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation. However, what about the inner limitations we put on ourselves, like thoughts of anger, depression, victimization and low self esteem?
