The son of a baptist minster, Champ uses his talents as a voice for the people
He is the co- founder of Love Life & Pain with fellow poet ThePureBlackPoet
Love Life & Pain has blossomed from being an open mic show on Blocktalk Radio
into a production company. Champ's first spoken word cd "Da Streets Need A
Prophet" has been nominated for Spoken World Album of Year by the National Poetry
Awards founded by Poet Troy Lewis. In May 2,011 Love Life & Pain released its first full
project  Go Hard or Go Home Mixtape. Champ was the executive producer of the entire project
and produced 99% of the tracks. He has produced tracks for Breeze, Urban Voodoo, Lyrical Toye,
Jodi.and countless others. Currently Champ is in the studio working on his second cd and has signed Soultre and Lyrical
Toye as artist to his company. Champ continues to strive as he works with passion to be a major
force in the poetic community.
