The Thursday Meeting show on BangTheBook Radio makes a return this week, as we welcome two outstanding professional handicappers to the broadcast. The first is Brad Powers of BradPowersSports.com and we'll focus on college football with him. The guys will chat about the four FBS matchups on tap for this weekend and also look at final tweaks to power ratings and subsequently how to adjust those power ratings as the season goes along. Power ratings are probably the best college football betting tool that you can have and that's why we'll focus on them again today.

Ralph Michaels of WagerTalk.com also joins us today and we'll mostly focus on the professionals with him, as we take a look at Week 3 of the NFL Preseason. As we all know, this is called the "Dress Rehearsal" week, so starters will play a half or into the third quarter. How does that change the way that you handicap these games? Should it change much of anything? Travel concerns are a big deal with a lot of weeknight games now, so we'll get Ralph's thoughts on some of the big games this weekend, including Chiefs vs. Seahawks and Thursday night's two games.
