BAMS talks SEC Media Days & recent Tide rumblings

BAMS is back after another small hiatus to talk about SEC Media Days this upcoming week, as well as what has been going on around the Capstone. Unfortunate circumstances surrounding VanDarius Cowan and Terrell Lewis has increased Bama nation's collective blood pressure, and William 'Redfish' Barger's comments on how the coaching staff viewed Lewis as the best overall player on the team certainly will not help in that capacity. Luckily, the emergence of Chris Allen will help offset the Lewis situation. Also, Drew DeArmond and Fish provide an update on recruiting, and where Alabama looks to be gaining more key commitments to keep the Tide train rolling down the tracks.
