Nationhood Balance/Domestic Imbalance

When you look at the events surrounding Black People in America, the solution is not only going to have to be a nuanced one. It needs BALANCE.

1. What kind of people and skills are needed for the initial foray?
2. What kind of people should make decisions regarding rewards and punishments?
3. Who exactly should be speaking for a group of serious organized men and woman dedicated to an independent Nation State off the shores of America.
