Last week, we brought you the Fantasy Football preview of the NFC East. This week, we will break down the reality of the division. Can the Eagles repeat? Can the Giants use a strong finish to the '13 season as momentum into this campaign? Can the Cowboys avoid being an 8-8 team? Does RG3 have what it takes to bounce back and bring his Redskins back to the playoffs? All will be discussed.

We will also break into the NFC South. Can the Saints maintain the high octane offense enough to regain the crown? Did the Bucs do enough in the offseason to warrant a playoff spot? Did the Panthers not do enough to retain the title? Will the real Atlanta Falcons please stand up? This will be a tight division this year.
