Understanding, Receiving and Activating the Power of God. Acts 13:3, "Lay Hands on No Man Suddenly" - pt1. It was evident that God had poured out His spirit upon the church. The establishing of Godly matters are very serious and should be carried out by the pattern that God has set in the church. It was the Holy Spirit that prompt these men of God to set aside and lay hands. In our days the laying on of hands has been misused and carried out without the understanding of what it entails. The word is clear and the practicing thereof needs to be done with much care and spiritual discernment.
