The Department of Homeland Security was created out of several agencies in the face of 9/11 to expedite and make easier for the government to protect its citizens.  But the question remains is Homeland Security just an over sized bureaucracy used to cover up the shortcomings of government to keep us safe from terrorists or does it really make a marked difference in the lives of the people of this country.  Rebekah and Ramjet will ask and answer the questions that will help you determine, if in fact, you are safer today than in the past.
