August 2020 - Internet Lawyer File Sharing Updates

In this episode, Attorney Steve® shares new insights in 2020 BitTorrent Litigation in California.  Despite the Covid-19 crisis, Strike 3 is still out filing lawsuits for alleged illegal file sharing of their Tushy, Blacked, and Vixen movies.  But, what about the Cobbler Nevada case which said a BitTorrent Plaintiff like S3 or Malibu Media needs to show "something more" than just that an IP address is tracked to a subscriber.  They need something that links the subscriber into the actual downloads.  I always tell my clients its like a DUI BUST, they have to "put you behind the wheel."

Here is what you need to know.  For more information go to by BiTTorrent Law Resource Center.  If you have a pressing deadline for release of your information from your ISP, contact us immediately at (877) 276-5084.
