This show will feature Real Estate lawyer Steve Vondran sharing his general legal overview of Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure (A.R.C.P. 26.1) involving the duty to disclose via a disclosure statement 9 things in every litigation case.  The rule applies to both Plaintiff's and Defendants and generally the rule must be complied with 40 days after a responsive pleading is filed.  This all occurs basically at the start of a lawsuit.

Listen in for some valueable litigation information from Attorney Steve's "Litigation Warrior" series.
