Fred has led staffing projects for several leading IT consulting firms, including Hall Kinion where he was Director of Recruiting. Fred also led recruiting projects at some of the most prominent employers in the nation, including Prudential Insurance, PepsiCo, and was a senior consultant at Gartner. Fred also served as a staffing advisor for Dice.com, the leading Information Technology job board. Fred lives in the Southern Connecticut area with his wife and their two children.
